What does ‘100 oil’ mean?

‘100 oil’ refers to 100% pure fragrance oil—undiluted and free from alcohol or fillers. This means you’re getting the full intensity of the scent, allowing for better projection, longevity, and a richer overall experience. Just a small amount goes a long way.

 

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. UK delivery typically takes 3–5 working days from dispatch. You’ll receive tracking details once your order has been shipped.

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges. We encourage you to review product descriptions carefully before purchasing. If your item arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days so we can assist you.

Are your products suitable for men and women?

Yes, all Marie.essence fragrances are gender-inclusive. Our scents are crafted to complement all preferences, whether you gravitate toward soft florals or bold, woody notes. Fragrance is personal, not defined by gender.
